The project scope called for a range of rooms varying in temperature from ambient to -30 degrees.

All rooms required finishing in line with the pharmaceutical standards and many needed to have a 60min fire compartmentalization. Holden designed a solution that overcame the conflicting demands of containing low temperatures while still providing a certified fire barrier. Our construction team delivered the project in line with the very demanding program while maintaining the highest quality and H&S standards.
