Project Brief

Holden were tasked with the internal fit out solution of a Data Centre facility in Blanchardstown, Dublin. The scope of works included fire rated composite panel, fire rated steel doors, hot aisle corridors, wall protection for the composite panel suspended and panel ceilings to 6 data halls including switch and battery rooms.

Solution /Delivery

The project had its challenges some of which being that this was an existing building, containment for services had already being installed in some areas so we had to deliver a solution to overcome these challenges.
One of a number of solutions we employed on the site was to redesign the HAC arrangement HAC to Ceiling joint. Holdens proposed design ensured quicker access for M&E thereby facilitating a quicker fit out to all data halls.
